Service Description

These 30min classes can be booked in PAYG, discounted double bookings or as part of The Meditation Club. These sessions will focus on progressively building on meditation techniques over time, creating a robust meditation routine and learning some more about this ancient practise. This class is perfect for anyone who has wanted to learn meditation but has found it too intimating or for anyone who wants a regular, consistent practise. This class is also great for those who are away during the summer and want to continue their yoga practise from anywhere.
