Rotate through this short circuit workout as many times as you can. You'll be sure to break a sweat. If you're working out for 30 minutes, how many times can you get through this routine? Can you beat your last record?
200 jumping jacks
60 pushups
40 squats
1 minute plank
Remember to adapt exercises to your level of ability. A pushup can be a full pushup or a half pushup or even a raised pushup. Listen to your body.
Don't forget to stay hydrated and fuel your body with a nutritious meal too.
