Tone Up!

Rotate through this circuit twice for a full body work out that will tone your muscles and condition your body to be stronger and fitter.

  • 25 push ups

  • 25 jump squats

  • 25 lunges (each leg)

  • 25 squats

  • 25 side lunges

  • 25 tricep dips

  • 25 sec jumping jacks

  • 25 sec high knees

  • 25 sec fast feet

  • 25 secs of heel flicks.

Remember to adapt exercises to your level of ability and always listen to your body.
