Getting the T with Yes to Being Fit.....

We realise that it has been a while since a blog post, but we have lots to catch up on and update you on....
Mollie is now back from her holidays in Scotland, where she successfully hiked 116miles on the West Highland way, this is a thru hike that spans from Glasgow up to Fort William. The path follows a mixture of old drovers roads and the military road, both a beautiful hike with also a fair amount of rich history. Showing off Scotland's many landscapes, from the rainforests at Loch Lomond to the rugged Rannoch moor and the majestic mountains of Glencoe.
Mollie loved her holiday and does find walking very therapeutic, but she's happy to be back teaching yoga and a lot of stretches were required post hike. We've attached some photo's from her adventure.
Next up, we will be having some post partum pilates classes starting up soon in Bedford, some beautiful venues with plenty of outdoor space have been looked at. So watch this space for Pilates classes coming soon.....
Finally, with the summer holidays approaching and people's lives getting busier we have been thinking of ways to make our yoga classes more accessible for those who will be holidaying alot. Looking at extra classes and options that could be accessible for all...
One of these ideas is the creation of "Morning Meditation" classes. These classes will be online through zoom live and will also be recorded. They will be running early morning and will comprise of a 30 min stretch and meditation session. These classes will be focused on progressing our meditation techniques and learning more about meditation. This is a glorious way to start your day, taking a moment of me time to find your centre and create a bit of balance. Whilst these classes are perfect for those wanting to work on their meditation practise and boosting their mindfulness, it's also great for those who want to continue pockets of their yoga practise and space for themselves whilst on holiday and unable to attend regular in person classes. There will be multiple booking options, including "The Meditation Club"... which we will be releasing more details on soon.
