  • 50 jumping jacks

  • 20 backward lunges

  • 10 crunches

  • 20 squats

  • 60sec plank

  • 40sec fast feet

  • 10 sumo squats

  • 40 jumping jacks

  • 25 push ups

  • 20 box squats

  • 40 sec high knees

Remember to adapt exercises to your level of ability and always listen to your body.
